Request data deletion

Wifi TV Remote does not use user accounts or sign-in. Some optional data (for example Real Ratings votes or “not available / duplicate” reports) may still be stored on our servers. You can ask us to delete data associated with you.

How to request deletion

What we can delete

Real Ratings votes and related submission details we can reasonably identify from your request.
“Not available” / “Duplicate” reports tied to information you provide.
Support email correspondence related to your request, when no longer needed.

What stays on your phone

Pairing data, remote settings, and “Already watched” lists are stored only on your device. To remove those yourself: Android Settings → Apps → Wifi TV Remote → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

What we may keep

Aggregated / anonymized chart statistics that no longer identify a submission.
Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Advertising data controlled by Google AdMob (manage via Android ad settings / Google account tools).

Response time

We aim to respond within 30 days (sooner when possible). Because there is no login, we may ask for reasonable details to locate your data. If we cannot verify a match, we will tell you what we need or explain the limitation.
